A trio of Porsche factory drivers will represent Schumacher CLRT in this season's GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Endurance Cup.
Klaus Bachler joins the continuing Ayhancan Güven and Laurin Heinrich aboard the French squad's #22 entry. The Austrian has switched from Pure Rxcing, with whom he won the Endurance Cup Bronze title in 2023. Bachler also has three overall Endurance victories to his name, including a famous triumph from 23rd on the grid at Monza in 2019 (below).
Güven and Heinrich shared with Dorian Boccolacci last term and showed impressive pace throughout the campaign. Indeed, the #22 Porsche achieved the second-best average qualifying time in 2024, but a runner-up finish at the Nürburgring marked the only points-paying finish of the season. If that speed can be married to consistency, the team will be a title contender this term.
Schumacher CLRT is one of three Pro class Porsche entries on the 2025 Endurance Cup entry list. Rutronik Racing has also announced an all-factory-driver line-up, while Pure Rxcing is yet to reveal its trio. All three squads will be at next week's season Prologue (10/11 March), which takes place at Circuit Paul Ricard.
