Lamborghini driver Mirko Bortolotti set the fastest time during an incident-free free practice session for the third round of the Blancpain Endurance Series at the Circuit Paul Ricard.
Bortolotti left it rather late in the session, which saw the #34 Car Collection Motorsport Mercedes on top for most of the session, with a time set by Blancpain GT Series-rookie Renger Van der Zande.
The Dutchman's lap time was eventually beaten by three drivers: Bortolotti, Maro Engel in the #18 Black Falcon Mercedes (also fastest of the Pro-Am drivers) and Maxime Soulet in the #8 Bentley Team M-Sport Continental. Fastest time in the Am Cup was set by Andrei Birzhin in the #25 Glorax Racing Ferrari.
