German team Rowe Racing will be taking on a new challenge this season, by competing in all rounds of the Blancpain Endurance Series. The squad has had some previous experience in the Series, when participating in the 2013 Total 24 Hours of Spa.
Rowe Racing is one of the more experienced endurance teams, a regular in the VLN Series and a podium finisher in the two most recent editions of the Nürburgring 24 hours. It is yet unclear what the line-up of the team in this year’s Blancpain Endurance Series will be, but Rowe Racing has a tradition of fielding top class drivers. Their car will be a Mercedes SLS AMG GT3.
Hans-Peter Naundorf (Team Principal Rowe Racing): “We are already eagerly anticipating our new task. The Blancpain Endurance Series is a demanding category with very attractive circuits in Europe that we already know from test sessions and other races. We have a background in endurance racing, an area in which we have already had a lot of success. Therefore, we want to find our way quickly and be able to challenge for positions at the front of the field.”
