Francesco Castellacci joins AF Corse for shot at Pro-Am Cup title

Francesco Castellacci, joint leader in the drivers’ standings for the Pro-Am Cup, will switch teams for the final round of the 2014 Blancpain Endurance Series. For the iRacing.com Nürburgring 1000, the Italian will compete at the wheel of the #52 AF Corse Ferrari. He will be joined by former GT Corse by Rinaldi-driver Marco Seefried and Danish GT-specialist Johnny Laursen.

Castellacci is leading the Pro-Am Cup drivers’ standings with his former Scuderia Villorba Corse team-mates Andrea Rizzoli and Stefano Gai. They have a twelve-point lead over the British trio Smith, McCaig and Bryant, driving the #79 Ecurie Ecosse BMW.
