2025 ENTRY: BMW Italia Ceccato Racing steps up to full Endurance programme

BMW Italia Ceccato Racing will launch its first full assault on the GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Endurance Cup this season following one-off appearances at Monza in 2023 and 2024.

The Padua-based team will enter the Bronze Cup class using the new BMW M4 GT3 Evo, with Federico Malvestiti, Felice Jelmini and Marcelo Tomasoni taking turns at the controls. Ceccato Racing is led by Roberto Ravaglia, whose own career behind the wheel included a hat-trick of 24 Hours of Spa wins with BMW.

"After our brief appearance at Monza, we have worked hard to put together our 2025 campaign," said Ravaglia. "It is with great satisfaction that we can now announce our driver lineup, set to compete in the Bronze Cup with the new BMW M4 GT3 Evo. We are ready to fight at every round!"

Malvestiti arrives fresh securing last year's Italian GT Pro-Am title with Ceccato Racing. The 24-year-old hails from Monza and will have a chance to compete in his backyard when the series visits the iconic track on 30 May–1 June. Jelmini, meanwhile, made his series debut with the team last year and subsequently raced for Dinamic GT in the season finale at Jeddah. His experience includes Italian GT and TCR.

Tomasoni has largely raced in his native Brazil, particularly at the wheel of Porsche machinery. His adaptation to the M4 GT3 Evo has been supported by fellow countryman and long-time BMW factory driver Augusto Farfus. The 2025 campaign will officially launch on 10–11 March with the traditional Prologue at Circuit Paul Ricard, which will also host the season-opening Endurance Cup race on 11–13 April.
