Iron Lynx remained on top at Spa-Francorchamps as its #51 Ferrari paced Night Practice in the Ardennes.
Miguel Molina set the best lap in the final session of the day, a 2m18.718s, edging the #32 Audi Sport Team WRT entry of Kelvin van der Linde by 0.058s. This continued a fine run from the Italian squad, which led the way in this evening's Qualifying with its #71 Ferrari. Third spot in Night Practice went to the #66 Audi Sport Team Attempto entry, followed by the similar #25 machine from Audi Sport Team Saintéloc.
The #5 Haupt Racing Team Mercedes-AMG led the Gold Cup after a late lap from Arjun Maini vaulted the car to fifth overall. Pro-Am honours went to the #24 Herberth Motorsport Porsche, while the the #777 Al Manar Racing by HRT Mercedes-AMG led the Silver Cup. The #35 Walkenhorst Motorsport BMW completed the set by leading in the Bronze Cup.
With Thursday's track action complete, attention now moves to Friday's activities at Spa-Francorchamps. The real-world GT3 teams will have time to regroup in the morning, with the first live action coming from the Fanatec Esports GT Pro Series. The virtual championship stages its third Assetto Corsa Competizione race of the season at 15:05 in the Fanatec Esports Arena and will air live on the GT World YouTube channel.
Back on the 7km circuit, live coverage kicks off at at 18:20 with a short full-field warm-up. Then, at 19:00, Super Pole gets rolling. The 20 fastest cars from today's Qualifying will run at one-minute intervals, with the quickest of all booking their place at the front of this year's starting grid.
The main event gets underway at 16:45 CEST on Saturday afternoon and will be broadcast live around the world in English, German, French and Italian via the GT World YouTube channel.
