Italian outfit Dinamic Motorsport haș added a second full-season Porsche to the 2022 Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS grid.
Alongside its previously announced Pro car, the team will also deploy a Silver Cup crew throughout the upcoming campaign. This will compete as #56 and represents the squad's first full-season effort in the class.
The most experienced member of the squad is Giorgio Roda, who returns to Porsche machinery after spending 2021 driving a Ferrari. The Italian made his series debut in 2017 and also represented his home nation at the 2019 FIA Motorsport Games. Roda's father, Gianluca, won the inaugural Endurance Cup race in 2011, driving a Porsche for AutOrlando Sport.
Roda will be joined for the full season by 19-year-old rising star Alessandro Giardelli. The youngster finished as runner-up in last year's Porsche Carrera Cup Italia and scored a top-10 finish on his Porsche Supercup debut, both with Dinamic Motorsport.
At Endurance Cup events, the Italian duo will be joined by Marius Nakken. The Norwegian racer comes with considerable experience having spent the past four seasons in Porsche Supercup, including a year with the Dinamic outfit in 2020.
Dinamic Motorsport haș already named its full Pro line-up for 2022. Côme Ledogar, Matteo Cairoli and Klaus Bachler will share the #54 machine at Endurance Cup events, while the same car will feature Christian Engelhart and Adrien de Leener in the Sprint Cup.
Both cars are set to attend the official Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS test days at Circuit Paul Ricard on 7-8 March. The Endurance Cup season begins at Imola on 1-3 April, while the Sprint campaign launches at Brands Hatch on 30 April/1 May.
