Sky Tempesta Racing enters its second season of GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS competition with an expanded full-season programme.
The British team was formed in 2019 with driver Chris Froggatt at the helm and launched an Endurance Cup programme in collaboration with AF Corse. Jonathan Hui and Chris Buncombe completed the squad's Pro-Am line-up at the wheel of a Ferrari 488 GT3.
Tempesta made an immediate impact by taking a debut class win at a rain-soaked Monza. Froggatt and Hui ultimately finished third in the Endurance Cup drivers' standings, making them the best-placed Ferrari representatives in the class.
The team remains on the grid in 2020 and has added a Sprint Cup programme to its GT World Challenge Europe commitments. Froggatt is joined by Eddie Cheever III in the full-season #93 Ferrari, while Hui completes their trio at Endurance events.
What's more, the team will run an additional Sprint entry for Hui and three-time grand prix winner Giancarlo Fisichella at selected rounds as Tempesta continues to expand its operation.
