Car Collection Porsche leads Warm-Up ahead of 2026 CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa

The #8 Car Collection Motorsport Porsche paced the final track session ahead of tomorrow's 78th CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa by leading the way in Friday evening's Warm-Up.

Joel Sturm set a 2m18.445s to top the 30-minute systems check, which saw a sprinkling of rain fall at Spa-Francorchamps. This followed another day of high temperatures in the Belgian Ardennes.

The #99 Tresor Attempto Racing Audi was second with Alex Aka at the wheel, 0.195s shy of Sturm's benchmark. Mercedes-AMG machinery was third and fourth courtesy of Fabian Schiller (#17 GetSpeed) and Maro Engel (#48 Team Mann-Filter) respectively.

The #8 Porsche was the fastest among the Pro-Am runners, while the #99 Audi was the best of the Gold Cup. The other class leaders were the #74 Kessel Racing Ferrari in Bronze (P6) and the #6 GetSpeed Team Bartone Bros (P9) in Silver.

There were no incidents during Warm-Up, meaning the full field should be in good shape for tomorrow's main event. The 78th CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa gets underway at 16:30 with comprehensive coverage aired live and free around the globe on the GT World YouTube channel.
