2025 ENTRY: Barwell Motorsport reveals full-season Silver Cup crew

2025 ENTRY: Barwell Motorsport reveals full-season Silver Cup crew

Barwell Motorsport has named its first crew for the 2025 campaign, which will see the British squad remain with Lamborghini for a 10th straight season.

The Surrey-based team made its Endurance Cup debut in 2013 with Aston Martin before going full-time in 2015 with BMW machinery. The switch to Lamborghini followed one year later and has proven remarkably successful, yielding multiple class titles and a run of three class wins at the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa between 2018 and 2020.

Its first confirmed programme for the coming season will see Barwell return to the Silver Cup, the class in which it earned victory at Spa in 2019 and a brace of Endurance titles in 2020. A trio of young racers will share the #76 Lamborghini, with American duo Bijoy Garg and Christian Bogle contesting the full campaign and young Canadian ace Adam Ali completing their trio at Endurance rounds.

Garg and Bogle are both graduates of the American open-wheel ladder who have recently shifted their attentions to sports car racing, while Ali has largely raced junior prototype machinery since stepping up from karts in 2023. Garg is the only member of the trio to have previously raced in GT World Challenge Europe, having joined Walkenhorst Racing at the centenary CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa.

“I am delighted to welcome Christian, Bijoy and Adam to the Barwell family to create what is a very exciting lineup," commented Barwell Motorsport team principal Mark Lemmer. "I’m certain all three drivers won’t lack speed, so the focus will be about preparing the guys for the unique requirements to win in GT World Challenge Europe.

"The last time we competed full-time in the Silver class was back in 2020 and we won the Endurance Cup Team and Driver Championship double, so I’m relishing the chance to try and repeat that feat. This time we have the added Sprint Cup programme too, which just makes the challenge even more exciting.”

Support for the programme comes from Pelican Energy Consultants, Wing Venture Capital, BAM Motorsport Management, and the team’s commercial partners, Dama Fortuna Tequila and Lady Luck Irish Whiskey.

The 2025 campaign will officially launch with the traditional Prologue at Circuit Paul Ricard on 10–11 March. The same venue will host the season-opening Endurance Cup race on 11–13 April, while the Sprint schedule begins at Brands Hatch on 3/4 May.
