Tickets on sale for Fanatec GT Europe at Monza

Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS will continue its long association with the legendary Autodromo Nazionale Monza this year, returning to the 5.8 km circuit near Milan on 20-22 September.

Tickets are now on sale for the event at monzanet.it and ticketone.it. Entry for Saturday costs €20, while a full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is available for €35. In both cases, spectators will have access to all grandstands and the paddock area.

There is also free entry on Friday 20 September, which will include practice sessions for all three support championships – the Fanatec GT2 European Series, GT4 European Series Powered by RAFA Racing Club and McLaren Trophy Europe – as well as Fanatec GT Europe's opening Bronze Test.

This will be the 12th time that the series has competed at Monza and the first to be staged during September. The Italian round has traditionally been the opening event on the calendar, while this year's date comes just three weeks after Italy's F1 Grand Prix. There will be a fresh feel to the venue, with renovation work scheduled to take place throughout the year.

Stéphane Ratel, the founder and CEO of race organiser SRO Motorsports Group, commented: "SRO has enjoyed a long and successful history with Monza, which first hosted one of our events - BPR - back in 1995.

"The Temple of Speed remains one of the world’s great circuits that is rightly revered by drivers and fans alike, while Italy’s enduring passion for motorsport - and GT racing - is underlined by the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati. The latter’s new GT2 car will be an undoubted highlight this year, along with the return of home hero Valentino Rossi.”

Monza joins several other circuits in officially launching ticket sales for its 2024 Fanatec GT Europe event. For information on the others – which include the marquee CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa – please click here
