Online Press Accreditation request
Welcome to the GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS accreditation portal. 2025 media accreditation is now open
Full-season accreditation will remain open until Thursday 27 February. After 27 February, only race-by-race accreditation applications will be accepted according to the deadline schedule detailed below.
Full-season media passes will be accepted at all rounds, including the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa
ACCREDITATION PROCESS
Please read the accreditation guidelines carefully before applying and note that press accreditation is strictly reserved for journalistic purposes. We do not accept media applications solely for social media channels.
Your application for media accreditation must be supported by the following documents, which can be uploaded to your application. Please note without the proofs requested below, your accreditation will not be considered:
- A credential letter from a recognised media outlet or team specifically for the event you are applying for.
- A guarantee that your work will be published from the event you are attending.
- Proof of coverage from the 2024 season.
- Professional insurance for photographers/videographers.
- Portrait (head and shoulders) colour photo as a jpeg file. The file must be named “last name_first name’, for example: Smith_Paul
VIDEOGRAPHERS & PHOTOGRAPHERS
All photographers and videographers must wear a kayak/rock climbing/cycling-style helmet at all rounds. For Endurance rounds, a helmet and fireproof overalls must be worn when working in the pit lane.
All photographers and videographers must also apply separately for the Sprint Cup round at Brands Hatch. A GT World Challenge Europe media pass is not sufficient to gain trackside access at this event.

VIDEO LICENCE
Videographers who sign on to film any session trackside or in the pit lane must apply and pay for a licence in advance of the event. Filming in the paddock, garages and spectator areas is not subject to a licence fee. Please contact Noreen Brunet (noreen.brunet@sro-motorsports.com) for further information.
APPLICATION
Filling in the form below does not guarantee the approval of your request. Due to limited capacity at some venues, an application may be refused even where all the accreditation criteria have been met.
The deadlines for race-by-race applications are indicated below. Late requests will not be considered, and any disrespectful behaviour may mean future applications are refused.
