Welcome to the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS online accreditation request form.

Please read the accreditation guidelines carefully before applying and note that press accreditation is strictly reserved for journalistic purposes.

Your application for media accreditation must be supported by the following (without the proofs requested below, your accreditation will not be considered):

• A credential letter from a recognised media outlet or team specifically for the event you are applying for.
• A guarantee that your work will be published from the event you are attending.
• Proof of coverage from the 2023 season.
• Professional insurance for photographers/videographers.

Videographers who sign on to film any session trackside, on the grid and/or in the pitlane must pay a license fee. Please send an email to SRO Head of Communications for further information.

Filling in the form below does not guarantee the approval of your request. Note that an application may be refused even where all the Accreditation Criteria are met, in particular on the grounds of capacity.

The deadlines for applications are indicated below and are usually at the latest two weeks prior to the first day of the relevant event. Late requests will not be examined.

Note that the media information about the event will be communicated one week before the start of the event.
